Carol Price

Carol currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Performance Food Group. She came to PFG from ARAMARK in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she served as Senior Vice President of Global Talent Management. Her responsibilities included all executive talent acquisition, on-boarding, development, training, and organizational excellence initiatives to drive people and business alignment to achieve growth goals.

Earlier, Carol was Vice President of Human Resources for ARAMARK’s Business and Industry Group. In this role, she led the HR function for the Business Dining, Refreshment Services, and Facility Services lines of business. Her responsibilities included the strategic direction and execution of the Business and Industry Group’s talent acquisition, talent development, organization design, employee/labor relations and compensation initiatives. Prior to joining ARAMARK, Carol held a series of senior HR leadership roles for 18 years within the General Electric Company, primarily in its GE Capital division.

Carol received her bachelor’s in human resources development and master’s degrees in counseling and educational psychology from Pennsylvania State University. Carol serves on the Board of Directors for the First Tee, a national organization providing youth the opportunity to develop life enhancing values/leadership; Forum of Executive Women; and Penn State Alumni Network.
