Can I purchase Performance Foodservice products from a retail location?

Unfortunately, no, you can only purchase our products from an operating company from which you have an account set up. However, in the Chicago area our Thoms Proestler location does have a Cash & Carry available to the public. Click Here for more information about Thoms Proestler's Cash & Carry. In all other situations, Performance Foodservice does not sell directly to the public.

Can I purchase Vistar products from a retail location?

Yes. Vistar products are available across the country through our Merchant's Mart locations. To find a Merchant's Mart near you, click here.

Where can I find nutritional information?

Performance Foodservice or Roma product nutritional information should be acquired from your sales representative directly. Some Vistar nutritional information is located online via their website here.
