The Log Cabin & Delaney House

The Log Cabin & Delaney House are the premiere wedding, meeting and event sites in Western Massachusetts with ideal spaces for groups of six to 700. Both venues are located in Holyoke, Mass. The Log Cabin sits atop Mt. Tom and both of its spacious banquet rooms feature panoramic views of the region, which stretches to the foothills of the Berkshires. The Delaney House is located on the eastern side of the same mountain between the Mt. Tom Reservation and Holyoke Country Club.

The Delaney House, in addition to hosting events, features restaurant seating in intimate, comfortable dining rooms, and casual dining in The Mick. The Delaney House and The Mick play host to a variety of monthly events, including Learn To Drink Like A Pro, which focuses on enjoying fine wines, beers and spirits, Find A Keeper, a 40-plus singles night, and Laughs & Drafts, a comedy night.

Owners Peter Rosskothen and Mick Corduff split duties, each focusing on setting the standard for excellence in his area. Rosskothen takes charge of traditional and creative events planning, working with his staff to provide expertly planned and perfectly executed weddings and events.. Corduff is head chef for both facilities, balancing restaurant and banquet food preparation with equal skill and to equal aplomb.

Over the last year, Performance Foodservice has partnered with The Log Cabin to develop a strong relationship focused on meeting customer needs.  As Performance Foodservice’s lead Sales Manager for the Log Cabin, Paul Romaniak has been dedicated to delivering customized solutions and high-quality products and services while focusing on the forging a strong relationship with The Log Cabin’s management. His strong relationship management skills, extensive industry knowledge, and expertise in food sales and distribution have resulted in the acquisition of The Log Cabin as a client and ongoing retention of their business.
