Palmers Restaurant and Tavern is located in a renovated historic house in the North of Boston area. The restaurant features fine dining complete with white table linens, candlelight and great atmosphere. In addition to the main dining room, Palmers also has two smaller dining rooms with fireplaces for cozy dining or functions and a large tavern with mahogany bar. Palmers tavern is a popular meeting place that features a big screen television for sports action, live bands, and food choices from the lunch, dinner, or special tavern menu.

PFG-Springfield has been proud to serve Palmers Restaurant since 2002. John Ingalls, chef and owner of Palmers Restaurant, has a passion for creative cooking using the finest ingredients found each season, including his own fresh-caught seafood. The Springfield team works closely with Chef Ingalls on staying on top of new trends, and assisting with his menu that he changes four times per year to match the season. Springfield’s meat buyer also assists Chef Ingalls on his entire line of specialty cuts of meat.

Palmers Restaurant offers a full menu that includes roast chicken, grilled lamb chops, veal rolotini, baked stuffed haddock, Sicilian tuna, lobster ravioli, pasta and a variety of specialty steaks. It also offers unusual salads such as cranberry chicken and goat cheese salad.
