Que Sera Syrah (Garlic Glazed Sirloin Salad) This salad eats like a meal made for a king! It includes fresh salad greens mixed with baby arugula tossed in a light Syrah vinaigrette, tender grilled sirloin (in a Syrah wine glaze), roasted red peppers, grilled asparagus, and topped with crumbled bleu cheese.

The Smokin' Chicken (Chipotle Style Chicken with Roasted Potatoes and Vegetables) This spiced-up south-of-the-border meal will make your mouth come alive. This favorite includes roasted fresh vegetables and skin-on potatoes topped with a grilled chipotle chicken breast, sprinkled with fresh Santa Fe salsa and lightly drizzled with a flavorful balsamic glaze.

Jamaica Me Crazy (Garlic Shrimp and Rice Bowl)
This island-inspired recipe will help you set sail. The dish features California blend vegetables and perfectly seasoned long grain rice, topped with Jamaican-Jerk seasoned, grilled shrimp.


How does the Flavor Gone Wild program work?
We offer you recipe selections that are updated on a quarterly basis and feature new and exciting flavors. Each quarter we focus on three center of the plate offerings that include one chicken, one seafood and one beef entree.

What materials will PFG provide?
We will provide participating restaurants with the recipes as well as support materials to help create awareness with both your staff and your customers. These materials include wait staff buttons, menu cards, and full-color table tents that help showcase the featured menu items.
