Chicago Dough Company, locally owned and operated, makers of gourmet Chicago-style pizza in several varieties since 1976.  They offer thin crust, double crust, a unique deep dish, a traditional stuffed and calabrese pizzas. 

All are handmade with dough made fresh each morning.  They use only choice ingredients, cheese made to their strict requirements, a tomato sauce specially marinated with 13 different seasonings to assure maximum flavor, topped with their uniquely blended sausage and garden fresh vegetables.  They use very little salt, cholesterol-free oils and no MSG. 

They have a mural on their wall at the New Lenox location displaying some of their ingredients.  In the picture are some PFG Branded items of Village Garden dressing and West Creek onions.

Their Pizza Buffet is offered at lunch and dinner hours.  It includes a garden fresh salad bar, large variety of pizzas, pasta, bread and soup.  Six to nine different pizzas to choose from at any one time!  Top it all off with a piece of dessert pizza.  This buffet is sure to tame your appetite. 

The Chicago Dough Company offers dine-in, carry-out and drive-thru for your dining experience.  They also offer business lunch delivery.
