Jane and Keith Langley wanted to start a business that would get their family involved and eventually pass on to their grandchildren and so on. The opportunity presented itself when a local restaurant became available and Jane and Keith jumped at the opportunity. Jane's steakhouse was born.
What set them apart from the competition is that all their steaks are cut in house. There is a full time butcher that cuts steaks fresh each day. Their top items are ribeyes and Jane's famous pork ribs. They also have their own special seasoning blend the seasons each steak. The other thing that sets them apart is the personal attention that they pay to each customer.
Jane's prepares top quality food at an affordable price. Their target market is the working class family.
